Do I need to put a deposit down?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required on all rentals to reserve your equipment and event date. Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due before or at delivery depending on the order.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash, Checks, and Secure Online Payments. Checks must be approved prior to delivery. Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.
What time do I enter as my start time? When will you deliver?
Please enter the actual start time of your event when booking online. Our delivery team typically arrives before your event begins to allow enough time for safe setup and inspection. Delivery times may vary based on route scheduling, weather, and peak season demand.
Are you insured?
Yes. Party Kids America is fully insured. We proudly provide rentals for birthday parties, schools, churches, corporate events, festivals, community events, daycares, and more. If your venue requires proof of insurance, please contact us ahead of time.
Do you have any tips for me? This is my first time renting.
Please make sure the setup area is clean and clear before arrival. Secure pets away from the setup area. Ensure electrical outlets are accessible and water slide rentals require a working water hose nearby. Do not allow shoes, food, drinks, confetti, silly string, sharp objects, or markers inside inflatables. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Which inflatable best suits my event?
Ages 4 and Under: Bounce Houses, Toddler Playlands, Bounce House Combos, Smaller Water Slides (15ft and under). Ages 5–7: Bounce Houses, Bounce House Combos, Obstacle Courses, Water Slides up to 18ft. Ages 8–11: Obstacle Courses, Larger Bounce House Combos, Water Slides 18ft and higher. Ages 12–16: Large Obstacle Courses, 20ft+ Water Slides, Bigger Bounce Houses, Interactive Games. Ages 17 and Up: Large Obstacle Courses, 22ft+ Water Slides, Interactive Inflatable Games, Larger Event Inflatables.
Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
Some inflatables are designed for wet or dry use, while others are dry-only units. Please only use water on units specifically approved for water use. Using water on dry-only inflatables may result in damage fees.
Are your rentals clean?
Absolutely. All Party Kids America equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental to help provide a clean and safe experience for your guests.
Do you deliver to parks?
Yes, we deliver to select parks depending on park regulations and setup accessibility. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits, confirming electrical access, and reserving the setup area. Generators may be available for an additional fee if power is unavailable.
What types of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
We provide rentals for birthday parties, school events, church events, corporate events, festivals, daycares, community events, grand openings, fundraisers, holiday events, backyard parties, and more.
Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
Not necessarily. Many inflatables can be safely set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or turf depending on the inflatable and setup conditions. Please let us know the surface type before delivery so we can bring the proper anchoring equipment.
Do your units contain lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
Safety is extremely important to us. Our inflatables are commercial-grade units designed for professional rental use and manufactured to meet industry safety standards. All units are regularly cleaned, inspected, and maintained to help provide a safe experience for all guests.
What is your rental timeframe?
Our standard rental period is up to 5 hours. Additional time may be added for $25 per additional hour after the initial 5-hour rental period.
How much are overnight or additional day rentals?
Additional days and overnight rentals are only 75% of the original rental price. This is a great option for birthday weekends, school events, church functions, family gatherings, and multi-day celebrations.
